APPLICATION INFORMATION

Our Application Fee is $25.00 and is used to check credit and references. We cannot process your application without payment of this fee.  If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to The Guardian Company, LLC and allow 48 hours for the processing of your application. We will advise you by phone as soon as possible if your application has been accepted. Application fees are non-refundable.  

• Make sure all items on the application are completed. If an item does not apply to you, please mark “N/A”. Be sure that both the applicant and co-applicant sign the application.

• We need a copy of the applicant and co-applicant driver’s license and social security card. If the social security number is on the driver’s license, then we will just need a copy of the license. We will be more than happy to make these copies for you. Remember, your application cannot be processed without this information. Please note that anyone over 19 years of age must be considered a co-applicant. You must make at least $20,000.00 per year.

  SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: 

• Our Security Deposit is $300.00. You may pay this deposit when you fill out your application. If your application is approved, your check will be deposited to our account. If your application is not approved, your check will be returned to you. Please make your check payable to River Bend Apartments, Ltd. We DO NOT hold apartments without a security deposit.

  PET FEE INFORMATION: 

We allow dogs and cats only. Our Pet Fee is $300.00 for the first pet and $300.00 for the second pet.   All animals MUST weigh 25 pounds or less and we allow a maximum of two (2) pets per apartment. All pets must be neutered or spayed and have had all their shots. We must have copies of the paperwork from your vet and animals must be brought to the office for a picture before moving them into the apartment. We DO NOT allow snakes, lizards or other exotic animals.
